Of the form apps I've tested, it offers the most value in the free plan. I'm considering switching to another plan soon to access more features. It has the best support I've ever had in any Shopify app!
The form builder was very user-friendly and easy to implement into my Shopify site. I also received the help I needed when I had a question about integrating the form into a specific site within my app. Khushbu was very knowleg!able and helped me with my issue the very first time around.
I would highly recommend Hulk Form Builder!!!

We use the form builder app on many pages on the store. It is very useful for B2B registration, custom work forms and much more. The custom CSS block makes all the difference for us. We can use it to share more information with our customer based on the options they select. The support team does a very good job too.
