Hulk Form Builder is all I want and more in a form creation app! Support is stellar. I've never had to wait too long to get my issues resolved and the app just *works*, even with the Google and Zapier integrations which is imperative for our operations.

good app and easy to use. let's us store form submits and more. We use it for wholesale as well as regular customer contact forms.

I would give it 5 stars but for the issues i have been having with no response from cs for 3 days! They were extremly helpful at first.

Love this app! Helps me to stay organized and anytime I need help its always someone there to help me. Some of my forms disappeared from my site I chatted with someone and they fixed the problem in minutes!! Highly Recommend! Super user friendly!!!

Great app! Been using for more than a year already. We only have one product but it can be customized into several hundreds of specific feature combinations and this app has been helping us streamline the buying process from quick quotations to ordering. It provides all the functionalities that we need particularly the conditional logic feature. I recently had an issue with the app not functioning properly and with the experience, I can say that the support is awesome and down-to-earth. I highly recommend these guys!

Hi, one question, where can I find API documentation for you app. I have made a token in admin panel, but that is pretty much it, Where to go further?

I am having a problem with a code I embedded. I just cannot reach the support staff. The tel number is a google voice number that nobody picks up. They don't return your calls after leaving a voicemail either. Such a shame because it really is a good app.
Update. A couple of days after I posted my previous review I received an email that my issue has been resolved. Thanks to the team at HulkApps everything is back to normal. Thank you!

Let's see what happens. I just don't know if I could continue with this app for my ecom business going forward. More to come.
