I downloaded 3 form builder apps before trying this one and uninstalled all of them. They were all difficult to build without experience with form building apps. This Free Form Builder was great! I quickly figured out how to make my form which required several fields. It was easy to install on my Shopify page as well. No longer frustrated. Thanks! TOR

I installed the basic version and found it does everything I need. The form was very easy to create and does everything I'd want to form to do. I look forward to using this app a lot and possibly investing in the Pro version in the future.

We haven't experienced the app since added, however the form format options and features are impressive and fitting for our store.
Also, having the option to create multiple forms has been ideal.
Perfect for creating easy to use forms and the customer service is top notch with all inquiries when needed.
