i had an issue with some conditional logic and form options showing incorrectly and Danko fixed this so quickly and offered alternatives to make the form look neater and run smoother for customer experience. A++ service.

Have been using this app for years, along with other apps by the developer. Love all of them. Recently ran into an issue where my forms weren't loading on my website. Reached out via chat, and within minutes I had a response and a collaborator request. They did their thing and fixed whatever the issue was - all within 10 minutes of opening a chat. Excellent app and customer service. Highly recommend!
We are satisfied with the application and usually do not have any problems, however, when we do, customer support is quick to solve them and allows us to continue with our business.
Works great, its a simple and easy way to get form uploads in Shopify without having to do your own complex setup. I had an technical issue, but there support responded in 2 minutes and fixed it right away.
I really like this app! It has the features I need and is easy to use. I had an issue with one of my forms not saving, so I contacted support via chat. They responded immediately and, over a couple of days, fixed the issue.
