Have been using this app recently, along with other apps by the developer. Love all of them.

Works great, its a simple and easy way to get form uploads in Shopify without having to do your own complex setup. I had an technical issue, but there support responded in 2 minutes and fixed it right away.

Very helpful to make custom application forms as they let you have unlimited fields and the forms have conditional logic. The service is good too they answer relatively quickly.

Easy to use forms and export function. Has been working really well for us. Excellent free version, really appreciate that option for small business. Would definitely recommend.

I really like this app! It has the features I need and is easy to use. I had an issue with one of my forms not saving, so I contacted support via chat. They responded immediately and, over a couple of days, fixed the issue.

Hulk Form Builder is very easy to use and offers a wide range of features that cater to different form needs. I encountered some small issues while using, but the customer support was very responsive and helped me resolve it quickly. Great product wonderful service. As a developer the fact that you can add custom CSS in the app is super. I was able to speak to a rep that understood code. She looked into the html of the iframe to give me the selector i needed to target in my css. Thumbs Up!!!!

The experience is good, it would be nice to optimize the appearance of the form UI design.
