Hulk Form Builder seems to be meeting our needs nicely. We started with the free plan but then upgraded to the pro plan. We had our first support chat session today where the vendor helped us with some custom css. All quick and easy. The documentation could be more robust but that is easily mitigated for with the live support.

Use this app! I had a problem with displaying it on my store, I contacted support, 2 days later it was fixed! It was a pretty complicated problem aswell. Use their apps! They are worth it!

The support team is very responsive and the form does exactly what it says on the package. Perfect solution if you want to use the same form for different language versions.

Easy going, easy to install, and super speedy customer support...so happy with this result. I mainly just wanted a form that can be easy to edit & accept attached files. This is it.

It's a good app. Customer Service is excellent. Credits can be removed only in paid plans. Adds some good custom features to the forms.

This is the app that I've wanted for a long time and am so grateful that I've finally found it! In the past I was using either embedded forms from Google forms or having my developer make me forms that I then had no control over. I am digging this app because I now have control over the design and content of the form and it also looks more professional and slick than the Google forms. More than anything else, the developper and customer service team is top-notch-- they answered all the questions I had quickly and professionally and helped me optimize the forms for my specific website. Couldn't be happier with this product!
