The experience is good, it would be nice to optimize the appearance of the form UI design.

I "broke" our form that we use in our Shopify Store and urgently need help to get it back online. I used the Chat support and Adis helped me get it back up and running with minimal impact to our customers.

I've had some trouble getting the form moved around on the Shopify page. I started it on the bottom, but then wanted to move it to the top of the page this change is not executing no matter how many times I refresh or update the settings.

And actually what I REALLY wanted to do is put the form in the middle of the Shopify page, but that function is not available.

Simple to install and effective.

I am not good at technology at all! Juan has been absolutely amazing helping me through the process of making the form I created mandatory in my collection of data. He's been patient and understanding. He created a video to help me with future forms and is willing to help me if I'm struggling again (which knowing my tech I will definitely be reaching out).
