Useful application that works well.

It is a great app; although we are on the free plan, many features already exist. For example, fields only appear once a specific value is selected. Furthermore, it has a clean look, and the help desk responds quickly.

Powerful, easy to use app at a great price. Customer service is excellent and responsive. Highly recommend.

Hulk Form Builder has a chat support. I got a response within minutes. Adna was very polite, quick and thorough. I'm very new to the app and still need to explore it, but feel confident in the customer support.

Whenever I encounter issues, the tech support team is very prompt to assist. Currently, I'm using the free version to test out how this form will perform on my site. Therefore, I may provide an updated review in the future.
