The app was super easy to setup and work with. We setup our wholesale and contact forms with it. Our wholesale application is quite extensive and this app gave us all the features we needed to make it work AND look good.

We recently migrated from another popular provider over to Hulk Apps to experience a bit UX design for our users, faster load times, and generally just a better app and support team to deal with. Great for form building, lots of customization options! The only thing I noticed is that it ads like 0.5 seconds on the page loading but not sure if it's the same with all the apps that display stuff on your store, I'm a newbie in e-commerce and Shopify...
