This has been a game changer and is an amazing addition to my store!

I was sick of the default Shopify contact form, the field types are limited and customers can't upload files.

This app solves these problems along with being a far better experience for users with the conditional logic and easy setup.

I had a couple of more technical questions (syncing with Shopify contact info and triggering the popup from a navigation link etc) and Emma in support was super responsive, helpful and went over and above to get things set up.

Although I could get away with the free account I'm happy to pay for the app as it works so well!

I must commend the this form app's customer support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any questions or issues that may arise. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service has made my experience with the app even more enjoyable.

Our company is Optimal Essentials and I'm having problems with setting up an autoresponder email with the merge tags, I asked Emma their tech support and she responded with the right answers. quick and simple to understand.

Emma instant solved my problem great service recommended. You can customize the form, the emails clients get. I wanted to change the font on the form but wasn't able to do it - I messaged them and they got back to me right away. I don't know if I've ever had this smooth of an experience while working with tech companies! Thanks Globo!

Support team makes a good impression. I just use it to set up a registration form for b2b clients. The app makes fun to customize. All in all I can recommend this app.

Nice solution epecially you can't put contact form on home pages on Shopify so it's good solution :) Recommended.

My go-to form builder app for Shopify! The name says it all, a very capable form builder with bucketloads of functionality. Conditional logic, multi-page forms, custom routing and more. My only (minor) gripe would be not being able to change the curly-brace names of the fields themselves but not a deal breaker.
