I just downloaded this for the B2B registration form. I will update the review after using it for a while.

Absolutely fantastic and powerful. We had wanted to setup a private wholesale customer signup form and this made it easy breezy. Great app and highly recommended to anyone that needs to setup forms on their shopify store for any reason.

So far amazing and really user friendly! I suggest it but I haven't used it live so I'll update after words.

I have used several Shopify Page Building app. This is the best one. It really simple and fast to design your first form. It also has duo, or triple column layouts, which I really like. Recommended for everyone needing a simple, intuitive, easy to get started form builder.

the most versatile form builder. it has all the options I could have hoped for. excellent design and functionality.
