Just started with the free plan. Had a problem that was quickly resolved. So far looks great. App is well made by professional.

super easy and great variation of form elements, The email you receive after it has been filled out could be a little better (uploaded photos a bit larger)

Overall good support. Much more responsive during the North American evening hours than daytime hours.
