I have been using the app for about 4 months now. The interface is responsive and easy to use. The free version is enough if you're starting out with your store.

Fantastic form app. I tried this one after a few others completely failed me, and I was very surprised at how easy it is to set up. The free version is fully functioning and works perfectly. Emma at support was super-helpful when I reached out and asked for the form to be styled to match my site. Now it looks great too! I highly recommend this app over any of the other form apps.
