L'app remplissait 90% de mes besoins, et j'ai contacté le support pour essayer de voir s'il était possible de développer des fonctionnalités supplémentaires propres à mes besoins et ainsi atteindre les 100% ! Emma a été d'une grande aide, très réactive et très arrangeante : elle a transmis mes demandes à l'équipe technique qui les a toutes réalisées en à peine une journée. I had a problem with the membership registration form and the support team took care of it as soon as possible. It was very helpful.

The support was really helpful. They helped me to change the position of the form on the page, where coding was needed. They also change the font to make the design of form just like the rest of the website. It was done very quickly with email messages to inform me about everything. Well deserved 5 stars.

This form app is highly customisable with great automation features ready to send to klaviyo, zapier or slack. Easy to use by non-technical users and easy to customise and extend for developers. The support team are always ready to help out with any issues we have, which usually stem from the layer upon layer of custom integrations we have implemented around the app.
