Powerful Contact Form Builder

We needed custom forms for price enquiries, and they helped us set them up very quickly. Absolutely great support, resolving problems withina short time period. Thanks to all for supporting us!

It's convenient because you can tag customers by linking with Shopify, including registering members and recording their birthdays. The price is also reasonable.

Emma kindly explained many things I didn't understand. The support is excellent.

Fantastic app for our store with all the features you could need. The support team is responsive and genuinely helpful, especially when it comes to finding solutions beyond the app’s standard functionality.

Great support with integrations and they were all over it when I had a tech issue. We cannot imagine running our site without this app!

This app does it all! And if something extra is needed, the friendly support team will quickly make it happen.

Here are some examples of what makes this app and support team outstanding:

1) I did not want the form to have a "tab stop" on labels, so the support team added a snippet to my Shopify theme to remove them.

2) After the form is submitted, it gets initialized. But the checkbox's "unchecked event" was not running which left a conditional element (file upload) visible when it should not have been. The support team fixed this right away, and now the form displays the correct elements after form submission and initialization.

3) Custom smtp allows emails to be sent through our own domain resulting in professional email communication. As a result, the emails will always have a high quality score which helps to keep them from going to spam.

4) All elements can be styled using the apps "custom css" feature, or by updating the Shopify theme's css file (base.css).

Note that we are using the Premium plan, which provide us with way more than we currently need but with room to grow as needed.

I tried a bunch of forms before using Powerful. It's the most intuitive, customizable and easy to use of all of them. I'm glad we found it.
We had a minor issue with one quote form. Submitted a query, enjoyed a near immediate response and a successful resolution. All in no time at all. Emma was friendly and very helpful too.
