The app is very powerful, and many functions you want to add can be realized. The most important thing is that the service support is very fantastic, and they can help you customize various designs you want. 5 stars

it's a great helpful app, easy to fill the form and collect informaton that customer ask, recommend,

works well. i wish you didn't have to fill out the form every time you want to go to next page while testing. You should have an option to disable the required input while moving through pages and editing based on content alone. Once thats done, i should be able to turn on required input and test fully as a user. Probably the only reason i would switch soon.

Fantastic app from a fantastic company, I use 2 of their apps for very primary functions on my site and they work beautifully! Great support when needed too!

Support was nice and helped point me to the directions on how to fix my issues. I had some site compatibility issues with globo form that another vendor pointing out to me that was causing problems in my console.

Honestly one of the most useful and easy to use apps I have ever used for Shopify. It has so many options to make my forms unique and easily customizable. Plus no complicated coding or installation required. 100% would recommend it!

EDIT: I also just used it to create a survey for marketing info and it worked so well! I also have to add that their customer service is excellent. I had a some questions and needed something done and I spoke to Emma, she replied to me very quickly and fixed all my issues in no time. Again I am very impressed with this app!
