Powerful Contact Form Builder

This app is exactly what I was looking for because I need to add more then one type of contact page. Emma is great at following up, I appreciate the great customer service.

The form is great, easy to customise and looks good on page. Had a few problems trying to get it to fit in with our theme but Emma was quick to respond and really helpful.

No documentation and wildly unresponsive customer service.
