Works perfeclty, and the support answers very quickly.

App is good, customer service inexistent. I'm still waiting from few days for them to replay me back...

"addresses.country - is required" ... maybe they can see my problem now

The Form builder app is super easy to use, and to also customize the forms you want. It was very easy to integrate with my free shopify theme pages

This app is amazing. It might be free but its even better than paid apps. Highly recommended. I really like that it is so much customisable.
