Powerful Contact Form Builder

We have not used the app for long, nor in a live setting yet, but for our purposes, it is a superb application. We are using this for a couple of workflows that we put our customers into when we need them to upload photos in addition to providing other information, such as text input, contact information, etc. The support we received while in draft was superb—super quick and easily solved the issue.

Had an issue with my form appearing theme preview, Emma was able to quickly assist with the fix! Turns out it was a formatting issue. I tried again on my own for the next form by copying the shortcode and pasting as CTRL +Shift +V instead of just CTRL+V. that seemed to do the trick too.

Contacted support via the chat, had a response immediately from Emma and my issue was fixed within 2 minutes. A* support and very responsive and friendly team.
The app is very good and has a lot of options and customisations and works well with Shopify Dawn. Highly recommend

This app is very easy to use and works perfectly as what I needed. A big shout out to their customer service team, especially Emma!
