Powerful Contact Form Builder

I just started using it, and it looks nice. Lots of custom options. I had an issue, and support got back to me in less than a day. It integrates nicely with Shopify.

Even on the free plan, the level of support is outstanding! Response time is within minutes and addressed the issue without any complication (supporting staff: Emma)

Original Review: I wanted to like this app, it is easy to use and looks good. However, it says it offers conditional logic, but I was unable to get it to work. When I reached out to them for support, I was never able to reach anyone or get any responses.
