Excellent form builder, works seamlessly with the web design. Customer service and tech support is also very efficient.

I'm using the free plan with one form. The support team was very fast and helpful when I contacted them.

I used this app for application intake. I reached out for help and received a quick response with an actionable solution. There are a few bugs with the app, but I've been able to work around them for the most part. I also wish more than one form could take payments.

I appreciate the many features you can use for this form-creating app. Customer service is excellent and helps you until your problem is 100% resolved. Some bits are a little clunky, but all in all, it's very much worth it.

A really useful little tool for integrating file submission for my site's contact forms. An essential app for most E-commerce sites.

After two months the app disappear from the store and it gives page 404 .. shame on them ... our store is for business not for people to tryout apps

Unfortunately, it is a bit lacking in explanations, so if you are unsure, you will need support. The support is polite, so I don't feel bad.
