We've been using this app for forms across our website and it's been great. Really easy to use, and never have any issues!

I tried out a couple of other contact forms and they were complicated to install. This one was a breeze. Loving it so far. Highly recommended!

・cssでカスタマイズ

など、割と手間のかかるようなカスタマイズも数時間で実装出来ました。
サポート対応も良く、大変助かりました。
