Powerful Contact Form Builder

Finally found the best FREE apps after spending so much time searching for the best form builder. I am very satisfied with this app. So easy to manage. Emma, the online support agent, responded so quickly to my request. She is very helpful. Thank you for this wonderful service!

We use this app to be our primary form of contact linking us to our customer base. The ability to customize the form in all types of ways helps us narrow down our customers reason for contacting us and ensure we have everything we need from them to quickly assist. We did have a problem arise where we no longer were getting email notifications when someone would fill out the form. This led to us missing many messages. We could still see the messages coming through using the apps dashboard but to be frank the dashboard is not very useful, receiving them via email is preferred. Anyway we informed customer service about the issue and they quickly took care of us and fixed the problem!

I use this app to help me with warranty submission, submission for new dealers and vehicle registration forms. For my customers it is very easy submitting forms that's way the three stars but for me and my team it is very hard as we can't follow up. When I login to the app and head to the submission area we can only see the last three forms. Also it will be very helpful if we can somehow tick or fulfil the submission forms as it will save us time.

The app is very great. we ever spent lots of time searching for a proper app to make a detailed registration form and we are glad finally we find this app. It works great to let you add all types of information in a form and also it has many powerful features such as checkbox, drop down options, and more. Besides, I have to say their customer support is really very great. Always appreciate it!
