I know it was my fault for not canceling the trial, but I wasn't satisfied with the features and I regret signing up.

Disappointing experience—I spent considerable time setting up the form, which I found to be unintuitive. After saving the form without publishing it, I expected it to be accessible as a draft or listed for future editing. However, it appeared to have vanished entirely. The lack of a clear, user-friendly saving process is frustrating. I've decided not to continue.

I just started using this App and I needed some help to do form styling so it matches my website theme. To my pleasant surprise, the customer support team is very helpful even though I'm on a free plan! Travis and Emma responded very fast and followed up to ensure what I needed was resolved. Greatly appreciated. This gives me confidence to do a paid subscription since I definitely need more than one form. So far it seems easy to build the form fields that I need, even without technical knowledge.

Great app, very easy to use and customer service was great help making a custom change.
Would love more ability to modify styling like spacing and layout.
