VERY misleading pricing. Says free for forms up to 12 fields, but not if you want a form that registers people. When I pointed this out to them support was very rude about it. I wasn't even going to leave a review if it wasn't for that rude reply.

The only reason it's not 1 star is because support did get back to me quickly. It was only when I wasn't going to be paying that they decided to be rude.

Won’t allow you to post form on a shopify page, documentation is wrong. Other than that, easy to use and good user interface

good for a free app but quite ugly =))). Try to make it more professional. Thank you for free anh hope it will be improved in the future

Lost my work several times due to crashes. I hate wasting time on an app like this. Time to start over. A couple of the issues:
1. One of the templates was completely broken upon loading it for the first time. Never got it to work
2. After failing to get that to work I built my own form and then it crashed when I tried to test it (clicked a check box and then the submit button on the form)

Pretty easy to install. And matches the look and design of my site. I just wish it was a transparent background.

terrible for custom forms. feels like a scam. options all bad. looks like this app just has a ton of fake positive reviews.
