Excellent app and service. I had a problem with getting notifications to my email when a customer uses a form. I reached out to the Globo team and they got back to me within 24 hours and once permission was given to be able to access the relevant bits of the store that needed fixing, they fixed the problem straight away. Very pleased! Really happy so far.

I have been using the app for more than a year now and it works fine. The setup is very easy, which helps a lot and anytime I had a question or trouble, the support was super fast to help me.
This is a very good option for any business owner that is looking for a reliable form that is easy to setup and quick to run.

Really great customer service.
I asked their support team to do some customization for my email forms. They told me it'd be done in half an hour. And they delivered right on time with no delay at all. And the support agent Emma has great attitude. She communicated well and was quite friendly as well. And the service was done for me even when I'm still under the 7-day trial. Truly amazing.

I have to admit, when I first installed this app I was ready to throw my screen against the wall. Then Emma, a true guardian angel, messaged me on instant chat & SHE WAS INCREDIBLE. The fact that Emma was there, in real time, patiently explaining what to do, and then taking it a step further and getting a developer involved to help with styling my form to better suit my website. This customer service, so incredible, patient, supporting, knowledgable and THERE WHEN I NEEDED THEM, was worth far more than the monthly fee alone. Customer service like this is so rare, and it's really hard to teach to people, however, Emma has this natural talent and Globo are really lucky to have her. It truly made the Globo Contact Form Builder much more appealing, and if there are issues down the track, I'm extremely confident about 2 vital things; Globo will help efficiently and patiently, and 2. Code and apps and forms can be improved, however, customer service like what I experienced today with Emma cannot possibly be upgraded. Thank you Emma and the team for all you did.....

I am so thankful to have found this app. I tried a couple other ones before this, and they lacked the customization I needed for the admin emails. This one allows us to send the emails in exactly the format needed for our customer service software.

Also, I needed some more advanced functionality for a couple of our contact forms, and the support team was able to implement it exactly the way we had hoped. Thank you for providing a quality product with top-notch service.

A great and easy to use custom form builder that has enough functionality to create our custom B2B forms. The Multi-Step tools are very simple to use. And I was surprised to have the support team answer me with a live chat late on a Monday night. There is some limited functionality in regards to Outlook Email integration, but I hope more features get added.

Great App that does what is expected to do and a little bit more. Some features are really unique. If you're looking for a way to customize quickly and without effort your forms, this app should do the work just fine!
