Powerful Contact Form Builder

Very good app to add custom forms - some small features in terms of tuning the UI are currently missing, but maybe already on the roadmap. Very userfriendly customer service, when using the chat functionality.

Had an issue, with a setting where the submissions were coming all in groups instead of separate emails. Spoke to a customer service rep Emma, who helped resolve this issue in no time. Really appreciate the quick response to my query, Thanks Emma for your help! :)

Got help from Taylor tody getting messages through to our email wich haven't worked for a while.
Quick support and now it all works.

We had some issues today with the form background color and the email responder but Emma was able to rectify these issues in a very timely manner. We will continue to trial this application and update our review when completed setup. Thank again Emma!

Great usage for a small price. The app can cover many different use cases for forms.

I'd appreciate it if the free version was a little more generous when it comes to the amount of forms that can be created/used (2-3 instead of just 1), but I understand the reasoning for that limitation.

Nevertheless, a good app and also an awesome support from Emma.

Product works great for our needs. Had some technical issues come up which is not ideal but the support team is quick to help us get it resolved.

We are still testing the App, but so far it has good custom possibities. What I appreciate the most, is the great customer support they are offering. The customer service agent Emma is always very eager and quick to help me with any requests I have, which was a great help so far.

Emma was lovely to deal with. I can't give the app 5 stars as we haven't yet seen all of the features and how it will be suitable for our business. But a lovely experience talking to Emma from customer service. Thank you.

The support was quick and excellent. One star is missing because UX features in the upload handling need improvement for a perfect experience.
