Powerful Contact Form Builder

I have nothing but great things to say about this app, its simple and integrates well with my themes. I ran into a problem with my SMTP server not working and customer service rep Emma, quickly provided me with solutions and got me on the right track. Highly recommend this app for all your form needs!!

We very rarely write reviews, but this app more than deserves it. We recently started using a form from this company. The features and UX for creating forms are very good. But even better was the support, which really gave us the best possible support and was always able to provide us with a suitable solution (Custom css) within 24 hours. Highly recommended! We've been using the app for our job application contact form and it's been working wonderfully for the last 2 years. 1 day the form disappeared from the webpage.
