The app works great! The service is really nice, problems are being solved immediately, I am really satisfied with the help and app.

We've been using the app on two stores for about 18 months or so and it does everything we need it to do, one site sends our contact form to Zapier to open a Zendesk ticket, the other site uses it primarily to directly send data to a Google Sheet. We had built out a very nice multi-step form as well for one site but it was for a short-term project. All not typical usages and many more integrations are possible, it does way more than we need. Support has been excellent, responding quickly to the one or two times we've needed to reach out.

Support Team was super helpful and was able to resolve my issue very quickly. They are definitely a well put together and dedicated team!

We've been using this app with our web store for a couple months and it has been very helpful. The development team has been extremely responsive despite the time zone difference, sometimes sending responses to us on weekends and holidays (don't work too hard you guys!!). We've had no major issues, and the app/devs always seem to have a solution for any problems that have come up. They even wrote some extra code just for us for a specific use case! 10/10.

We had an issue with not receiving email submissions. The team was able to respond and resolve the issue within 5-10mins. Efficient & friendly service

One of the reasons we moved to Shopify was that our previous CMS webforms were starting to give us issues. Globo webforms have been robust, easy to edit and with great support.

Pretty easy to set up. It didn't work initially but even at midnight my time I had someone (Emma) on within 30 seconds to fix my form. She was super nice and fixed it astonishingly fast.

This is a really easy to use form builder. The support is top-notch! They respond quickly and work to fix any issues you may have. I would highly recommend.
