This app has done everything I needed it to do and it is super easy to navigate . Im super happy I found it.

Super great app for building forms and well worth the money spent on the plans. The team has also gone above and beyond on helping me with customisation on forms on the website, very responsive and friendly team. The app also has a dashboard which gives all the analytics of forms submitted which is a great tool to use when you are working with a lot of data.

Great app. Really makes forms look good for the customer. Easy to use and easy to understand. Customer support is also very good.

I just installed this form builder for my store and got stuck with some small integration issue but as soon as i contacted their support they replied me instantly and solved my problem the help person name was Emma that manually took over the access and really helped me out.
Really satisfied with the instant support plus the app UI is also easy to use and making forms and taking submissions from customers is very easy.
All in all great app

I am so thankful to have found this app. I tried a couple other ones before this, and they lacked the customization I needed for the admin emails. This one allows us to send the emails in exactly the format needed for our customer service software.

Also, I needed some more advanced functionality for a couple of our contact forms, and the support team was able to implement it exactly the way we had hoped. Thank you for providing a quality product with top-notch service.

I highly recommend this app to anyone needing a custom form builder.

The app did not notify us that we had reached the email limit so we have almost 100 submissions that we never knew we received. There was no warning or anything given. Very annoying. If you want to just use for the free version, don't recomend!
