Powerful Contact Form Builder

I like the easy way to build forms, even across several pages. When we ran into a small issue Taylor helped us out through the chat. Bonus points for using the async nature of chat support instead of requiring in sync communication.

Great app for collecting submissions, in our case for a raffle connected to an offline activity. Had issues exporting submissions from one form, but with the help of the support team, especially Emma, I got my export within minuntes.

I use Powerful Form Builder for so many different things across my website now and honestly couldn’t run things the same without it. It’s helped make my business and website feel so much more professional, especially with the amount of information I need to collect from customers before and after they order.

It’s easy to use, does exactly what I need it to do, and whenever I’ve wanted to change something or couldn’t figure something out, the support has been unreal.

Emma in particular great. She’s helped me out so many times now and is always patient, quick to respond and actually takes the time to understand what I’m trying to do rather than just sending a generic answer.

Forced to use an AWFUL AI to build custom forms.

UPDATE:
I was nearly able to get the app set-up by myself. However, we were running into a couple of technical issues. Taylor worked with me for several hours and made sure that I was taken care of and ensured that we got what we needed. Taylor was a huge help. I still don't care for the AI, but the support and staff are great.

The customer service is great, Taylor helped me out super quick as was lovely. The form has helped us increase our exhibition bookings massively.

Great app! We've been using it for years now. And Taylor is being so helpful on solving my issues instantly. I wish it has a functionality to automatically delete old submitted form to free up storage.

When the customized approval and denial messages were not saving correctly, Taylor checked with the team, found the problem, and personally made sure everything was working properly.

The app has doubled our inquires since we started using it a few months ago. The support I have received from Emma and Taylor has been quick and efficient allowing our business to flourish.

Taylor from support was great to work with very helpful and human. Nice to have when you are getting frustrated! The three stars were for the app, not Taylor. He gets 5 stars. I ran into an issue publishing because it was not recognizing the app in my theme. Per Taylor's instructions, i had to copy and paste the html inside my page, which worked fine. I also later found out that i will need to add my customers manually after i approve them. Not so hot....it will serve the purpose for now.
