Powerful Contact Form Builder

Great app! Easy to install, had much more control on how the submissions get formatted, which makes replying take much less time. Hoping they add validation for email and phone soon!

This app is great and the developers are extremely responsive and helpful. Our ecommerce store was looking for a form where customer's can select a store they'd like to go to and from that selection, the form will be emailed to the store directly. Many form apps do not have that capability but this app does and it works perfectly.

We are using this for possible furniture pickup requests and have found it to be simple and easy to use. And just what we needed.

Amazing, that is the word that comes to my mind immediately. I am talking about the App and their Customer Service. I wish their team all the best.

Great customer support and a very functional app. I'm using it as a signup form because they offer a lot of variety and every submission can be linked back to a dozen of apps including Shopify's backend system. I've been looking for such functionality for ages and I have finally found it with this app!

Just trying the app but seems very suer friendly so I will probably keep using it. I like that you can edit forms easily.
