PCFB Has honestly been incredible for us as a store creating forms. The customer service is stellar and they will even help with custom requests like coding a form into a banner.

Sarah from the CS team was super helpful and friendly and absolutely needs a hefty pay rise!

Although we faced some issues receiving internal notifications several times, Emma at Globo support was always quick to respond and patient with our enquiries.

We also use a few other Globo apps and are always very satisfied with their support response!

This form builder is incredibly simple and easy to set up on your website, even without prior web knowledge. It's user-friendly and serves its purpose well. The customer care, especially Emma, is quick and reliable when it comes to resolving any issues.

The only recommendation I would make is to regularly check the forms and ensure that emails are being received, especially if they’re set to forward to an admin or catchall email address. Occasionally, the form may disconnect due to unforeseen and minor technical issues. However, the support team is always prompt in addressing and fixing these problems.
