The form is simple to use and the MyAppGurus team have been super helpful. When they changed the form function they offered to make the changes for us. We took them up on the offer and the new form is working great for us.

Best form-making application, created the form in 2 minutes with just three steps. Also, customer support provided custom CSS to match theme color.
The app is very easy to use and simple to work with. It meets most requirements in terms of integration and automation.
The team's response to chat requests is phenomenally fast. I had a conflict with the font and a second time a question. Both were resolved within minutes. This is a great service.
A very good app for different types of forms. I love that they have a free plan too. As a non profit organization that's very helpful. Also the customer service is very good. If you face any problems they help you with it. My only complaint is that there's no export option on free plan. But I understand it but as a non profit organization you want to save money where you can save it.
