Awesome app! Meets our needs perfectly, plus the support staff is top-notch! I highly suggest this app for your contact and registration form needs.
A very good app for different types of forms. I love that they have a free plan too. As a non profit organization that's very helpful. Also the customer service is very good. If you face any problems they help you with it. My only complaint is that there's no export option on free plan. But I understand it but as a non profit organization you want to save money where you can save it.
