Formful – Contact Form Builder

This is a great app. The developer set everything up for me and the form that I needed was for a Brand Ambassador Submission Form. It came out perfect and I am very pleased with the app and the service provided.

This a great contact form for my Shopify Store! Shopify default form is horrible for the Dawn theme, seriously. This form did everything I needed for my shop and works great! Highly recommend this form and Stefano is great! Very quick response and fixed my very small issue! 5 Stars for sure!

Extremely good and exactly what you need to create the best forms.

Especially great is that the styling is taken directly from the theme. Thus, the form fits perfectly into the store without having to configure anything. I was a bit skeptical but it works perfectly.

The drag and drop builder is intuitive to use and the forms can be easily created according to your own ideas. There are a lot of fields available - everything you need. There is even a Product Autosuggest field so that the customer can search for and select a product within the form. Very interesting for product-specific questions, for example.

Google reCAPTCHA can also be connected with one click.

I've been in contact with support and I'm thrilled. The support answered fast and helped me immediately. No wishes left open!
