Foxify Smart Page Builder

UPDATED 11/12/24: Tech support fixed what was wrong with the glitchy section in less than 24 hours. Very happy with the results! There is still a communication lag because of the time zone difference. I installed the home page on a fresh copy of my shopify theme, so that any glitches could be previewed on my actual theme before going live with the new page(s). This made it a little lower-pressure to get everything exactly right before customers could see it.

10/28/24: I love the app, the interface is clean and easy to use. But it can be a little glitchy and tech support is impossible to reach during normal hours for anyone working in the United States. Plan on waiting 2 days to resolve any issue, because the first response will be someone asking you what the problem is and what app you're using (even if you specify which app and exactly what the issue is in your first message to tech support). If I could resolve any issues in less than 48 hours, I'd give this app 5 stars. But I can't in good conscience give it more than 3 for now, since it's taken me weeks to design my first page, only because of how long it takes to get answers that aren't in the app's documentation. Great app with decent tech support but ultimately inefficient because of communication lag.

Been using this app just for my home page as it offers much more flexibility with custom blocks. If I've ever been unhappy with how something look, Foxify support are super quick and understanding. I've just recently started introducing the templates to more pages and with every small, almost impossible change I want to make outside of their standalone options, their support team will find a way. Cannot recommend this App enough, much better value than shopify's £££'s pre-built templates

The platform is user-friendly and easy to learn. The customer support team is very helpful and patient, especially if you're having trouble uploading your page. A few months ago, I changed my theme, which affected my ability to upload my blogs. However, the customer support team took the time to identify the problem and quickly resolved it. This version maintains your original message while improving readability.

Lakeline Design is more than just right, that was a total money grab technique. Yet.. The app works really good, you can design beautiful pages without wasting time on coding; support is always there even if they're not replying immediately.

Brian's been a huge help! Since i'm new to Shopify their customer support has been incredibly helpful and made the transition easier. The app is relatively user friendly. I just wish they had more blog templates but the product templates are abundant!
