I tried a few upsell apps before, but FoxKit is by far the easiest and most effective one. Everything works smoothly right out of the box.

The design looks great on both desktop and mobile, and support was super fast when I had a small setup question.

I haven't used every feature yet, but I current use, and love the bundles, back in stock notifications and shipping goal. Also, I've used the in app chat for help multiple times and they are always helpful.

After upgrading to a paid plan, you get access to live-chat support—and it’s stellar. The team is quick, friendly and genuinely committed to solving any issue.

What holds the app back are the tight plan limits. On the €14 tier you’re capped at just 10 product bundles or 10 related-product blocks, which barely scratches the surface for a larger catalogue. Jumping to the unlimited plan costs around €90, a steep lift for young brands. I don’t recall the limits being this strict when I first installed the app, so that change feels disappointing.

That said, the mega-menu and several other features work beautifully, so overall I’d give it 3 / 5 stars—great support and solid tools, but restrictive pricing.

We have used Foxkit for a while, but the customer support over the last month (since they switched off the chat) has been terrible. We are waiting to fix a few issues, a simple one with bundles and we haven't been able to sort it out with them for over a week now, every time a different person from the team getting back to us.

Foxkit has made our store so much better than just using a "standard" theme. We also use the Foxify Page Builder, among other things, and everything from functionality to fantastic support is top-notch! Often, they go above and beyond the usual support services. Thanks again for that! :)
