Minimog has an excellent design. As a UI UX designer myself, I genuinely love how clean, modern, and well structured it is. The theme feels very thoughtful from a user experience perspective. On top of that, the support team has been excellent, responsive, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended.

The FoxKit app is an essential tool for anyone using the Minimog theme, adding powerful and easy-to-use features.

What's even more impressive, however, is the support team. I was helped by Linh, who was absolutely phenomenal. She responded almost instantly and resolved my query in minutes. I've used dozens of Shopify apps, and I have never experienced support this fast or this effective.

After upgrading to a paid plan, you get access to live-chat support—and it’s stellar. The team is quick, friendly and genuinely committed to solving any issue.

What holds the app back are the tight plan limits. On the €14 tier you’re capped at just 10 product bundles or 10 related-product blocks, which barely scratches the surface for a larger catalogue. Jumping to the unlimited plan costs around €90, a steep lift for young brands. I don’t recall the limits being this strict when I first installed the app, so that change feels disappointing.

That said, the mega-menu and several other features work beautifully, so overall I’d give it 3 / 5 stars—great support and solid tools, but restrictive pricing.
