This app doesn't work, we've set filters upon filters and none of the orders get caught. Don't waste your time.
This app only works if you create a single list for each email you are blocking. There is no way to adjust the filter to search for OR only AND. So if you put two emails into one list - it assumes you need both conditions to work (and then does not). This seems like a major development oversight by Shopify - should allow for AND and OR filtering so users can create one list and add names to it versus create a list for EACH individual email. Please fix ASAP.

a great way to keep out unwanted guests
We unfortunately had an incident where a customer bought goods for a substantial amount and goods were dispatched. Your app allowed us to get a great deal of information that we could pass onto the police. The police were super impressed with the information we could provide them and did not just leave our case in pile. They have enough data to pursue the case.
Been using this app for over a year now and it doesn't work well at all. It allows repeat fraud even when a rule has been made against an address and phone number etc. Keeping it simply because i have a stored list of fraud info to reference off.
Has never worked properly. Does not block anyone, any email address, country etc. Therefore still getting Indonesian and Malaysian orders that should never get through that we have to cancel manually.
This app does not work, and we mean at all! The app was designed with all the right elements in place, but somehow it was not plugged to shopify stores to actually do the job.
This worked OK up until the other day. Now it will not even load the page where I had all of my filters listed. I hope I don't loose them all, that would be horrible. We have blocked many people from ordering again with this app. I wish it still worked.

I would recommend logging into your store in another browser or device to see if the issue is also present there, and if it isn't, you can try clearing your cache in your original browser or device to see if that helps.

Not very useful when you use 3rd party fulfilment and your store is set to auto fulfil orders.
Give the app the power to fulfil or not fulfil orders based on its filters. Then it has value for the many thousands of customers using 3rd party fulfilment services.
Also a separate database of customers that have been flagged as warning would be good, then other shops that get my fraudulent customers would get a waring and a held order for them to look into.
Works just fine filtering out carders dumb enough to repeatedly buy items from your website even after being exposed.
