It's a pretty average app. I can't tell if its protecting me much.
With some work it could be great.

Nope, it simply doesn't work. I made a few test orders after setting up all the filters. It did not cancel any order. Didn't expect this from the official Shopify devs. I suppose most of the devs at Shopify are not competent enough.

I set up several filters and none of them worked. Waste of time.
This app is terrible. The filters it allows you to stop orders are completely unhelpful - unless you happen to know the exact email address, IP address or other specific information that the criminal will use, it doesn't help. I'm not sure why it's designed this way because its a Shopify app and Shopify is actually very good at flagging fraud orders. But it doesn't allow you to automatically block or cancel orders that it believes are fraudulent.
hey i set up a filter to give flag when order count is greater then 1. but its not working. previously it was working but now it stopped working all of a sudden
Hello. Do you have multiple rules for this fraud filter? If so, the filter can only act if an order matches all rules in the set. This app does not work. It hasn't blocked a single order placed by email addresses we have blocked through the app.

I would recommend this app to anyone it has helped my company to keep all fraud charges away. It detects fraudulent accounts. Install Now
Doesn't work well.. It does not filter accurately. Keeping it just because it's free..?
