hey i set up a filter to give flag when order count is greater then 1. but its not working. previously it was working but now it stopped working all of a sudden
Hello. Do you have multiple rules for this fraud filter? If so, the filter can only act if an order matches all rules in the set. Great way to detect fraud at the customer level before you fulfill the order.
Doesn't block a customer from placing an order; the app cancels the order after it's been placed, which means Merchants are still charged Transaction Fees.

Same fraud guy orders from me every month and my other fraud software catches him but Fraud filter does not. Shopify developers need to address blocking fraud emails that are blacklisted.

Don't waste your time, it doesn't work. Just got off the Shopify support chat where they confirmed it doesn't work. They recommended a different app. Not sure why this is even in the app store, it's just wasting all our time.
Great little app that allows you to create rules and flag potential fraud orders. We've been using it on our online store selling gifts for men for a couple of years and it has worked very well for us.
WASTE OF TIME DOESN'T WORK! DOESN'T WORK DOESN'T BLOCK ANYTHING, ANYTHING, DOESN'T WORK AT ALL... USELESS NEVER WORKED SINCE 2016.... THAT IS WHY IT IS FREE.
