Fraud Filter

This has saved me thousands otherwise I would just have sent out the orders without doing due diligence. Sometimes it flags honest orders as a risk but these can be checked quickly and easily. Completely eliminated fraudulent orders for us.

Great way to protect against fraudulent orders.

Avoid this app, don't waste your time on it. I am still getting orders from the customers who are blocked for filing false charge backs. This is create a rule by identifying all the key indicators which can identify the customers. For example: IP, Shipping address, phone number, card# etc. It doesn't even give a hint that this customer is on the block list. I email shopify support about it, but didn't get a resolution.

Good app to detect them scammers. A great thing that they don't promote is that you can block freight forwarders that can really be an issue with chargebacks. It's a good app and adequately blocks customers. For anybody complaining about the app not working, for the blocking feature to work the filter must contain all of the attributes to block the customer. For example, when setting up a filter, only include one attribute because for the filter to work it needs to meet all of the attributes. 10/10
