Hextom: Free Shipping Bar

Creating a bar was VERY customizable and SUPER easy to set up! Can't wait to see my conversion percent rise!

Simple enough to use, meets all my requirements. I haven't used it for long but based on what my needs were, it serves the purpose nicely!
