Free Shipping Bar is a straight forward set up. They have a video tutorial to show you how to set up the app.

Does the trick. Can't complain other than if it had a option to come up during checkout if the customer hasn't reached the goal for free shipping to get them to increase their order.

Designs might look very simple, but it helps to make a clean and modern website. Would recommend to a friend.
