I had some issues with my new site, but customer support was quick and to the point. Fixed it and it works great now
We had slightly complicated requirements around messaging due to the variety in our product catalogue so came up against a few limitations with the app - but support has been very helpful and I can definitely recommend using them.
Super easy to setup and with a wide range of possibilities even with the free version. recommended!
