If you need a bar for any sort of announcements, shipping or otherwise, FSB is perfect. Add it and go!

Easy to install, instructions provided get the shopify shipping settings (the $ amt you choose as the target) set easily, then you chose a few options for colors etc, and its done. I'll change the review if it does not generate sales.
