I wanted to get more exposure and traffic to my website. the pop up are great just with I had control over the other things popping up on my site , some items really weren't in the same category as fitness/health /nutrition

very quickly shows results. within a few minutes i had set up my account and was instantly receiving more impressions. does host ads on your site, which isn't explicitly stated so be wary of that
