Quick responses from support. We needed an app that didn't require a coupon code in order to handle free gifts, and this app did just that.

We rated 3 stars till the support reply to our emails and tickets .. we installed the store pick app paid and where so happy we found one ... but like other website owners who have little coding and html experience we could ot make it work and have some bugs 3 days and support does no respond to our support tickets all they send us is more application to install

I want to rate this higher except the customer service is terrible! I reached out to them only to later recieve a message 2 days later asking me if I had any questions, as if they never read my prior message. After i responded and explained that I had already messaged, I received a return message that appeared as though they did not even read what I wrote but rather just responded with some kind of template. All i wanted was a good gift app so i could offer my customers exclusive gifts but I cannot seem to receive an type of support. really too bad.

Love this app and customer service is second to none. David, Ellie, Brian, Henry, Alex, and everyone from the team are super friendly and helpful. They respond promptly and make sure you are happy with everything. App features are also amazing, from gift icons to thumbnails, popups, and sliders. Highly recommend!

Fantastic app, did everything I needed it to and the support I received from Robert was outstanding, answered all my questions - explained brilliantly. Helped me fix and issues or questions I had quickly. Then followed up afterwards which I really appreciated. He is a fantastic member of the team!
