This app enables me to automatically add free accessories that comes with my products. It is very reliable and the customer support is awesome.
We use this app for weekly free gifts on purchases over a certain amount. It works well and we are able to schedule the free gifts ahead of time. There have been a couple instances where the app seemed to glitch and not provide the free gift but customer support usually responds within 24 hours.
We've been using this app for years without any issues! Today we had a small hiccup during our Mother's Day promotion, but the developer team at Secomapp fixed it within the hour (outside of their regular business hours!) so that we wouldn't have any delay in our user experience. Truly the best customer service. Fast, reliable, and always friendly. #miracleworkers saving my Monday. Thank you!!

A good functional app overall, however when the app is being updated or there is slight changes with our website, the app doesn't always comply and needs further investigation. Overall a solid app.

This is a great app! We totally recommend it to everyone. We had a hard time before looking for a gift offer app and had wasted a lot of time trying out other apps and finally we saw this app! It has all the features/settings/options we need for a free gift app. Support team is great and very accommodating too! I commend Trix and Robert!! We have a pretty custom checkout drawer so I was worried this app wouldn't work properly, but it was exactly what we needed! We wanted a cart threshold to be hit and then an auto-free gift to be added, and the app was able to set that up perfectly. I had some minor tweaks that I needed for the cart language so I reached out to Mina from Support who helped me pass on the message to their dev team Alex who solved it within 30 minutes. A great experience overall!
I needed the ability to add a Free gift automatically to the cart. The support on this app is amazing! Brian is so helpful and got us up and running. He also tweaked it so it would work with stacked discounts. You can't beat the support team.
